Artichoke Pizza

Ingredients

yellow cornmeal for sprinkling the pan 1 recipe pizza dough 2 tbsp olive oil 1/2 cup tomato pizza sauce 6 oz jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained and halved 2 large mushrooms, sliced thin 2/3 cup shredded Munster or mozerella cheese 1/4 cup brine-cured black olives, pitted and sliced

Instructions

Sprinkle an oiled baking sheet with the cornmeal. Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface as thin as possible, to fit the shape. Brush the dough with 1 tbsp of oil and spread the tomato sauce over evenly. Arrange on the sauce the artichoke hearts, mushrooms, cheese, and olives. Drizzle the remaining 1 tbsp of oil over the pizza. Bake at 500 degrees for 10 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
