Chicken Divan
This is said to be enough to feed 10 - 12, but probably only if they have Della's delicate appetite.
Ingredients
2 cups diced cooked turkey (or chicken)
20 oz. frozen broccoli
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1/2 tsp curry powder
1 stick margarine (melted)
1/2 cup mayonnaise
salt
pepper
2/3 pkg. Pepperidge herb-seasoned stuffing
Instructions
Salt and pepper chicken. Defrost broccoli and dry between paper towels. Place chicken in 3 quart pyrex pan. Cover with broccoli, then sauce. Cover all with stuffing crumbs. Heat covered with foil until warm; then about 10 minutes uncovered to brown top.
