Chicken Salad with Grapes
Della has served this tasty luncheon dish to generations of visitors to the cape. Toasted English muffins, buttered first of course, maybe with a little grated Parmesan cheese sprinkled on or Cape Cod Potato Chips are the appropriate accompaniment. Serve Della's oatmeal cookies for dessert.
Ingredients
3 cups cooked chicken, diced
1/2 cup grapes, halved
1/2 cup apple, cut into bite size pieces
1/2 cup celery, chopped
Mayonnaise, to taste
1/2 tsp curry (optional)
Instructions
Simply mix ingredients together and chill. Serve as directed above, or on lettuce.
