Clam Dip
No Chester can taste this dip or the next dip without imagining himself trying to reach through a swarm of seemingly famished children in the sunroom of Olive and Ed's house at the Cape.
Ingredients
8 oz cream cheese
8 oz can minced clams
wedge of lemon
Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
Soften cheese. Drain clams (reserve liquid). Mash together. Squeeze wedge of lemon and few drops of Worcestershire sauce. Put back amount of clam juice necessary to make easy to dip.
