Greek Pizza

Ingredients

yellow cornmeal for sprinkling the pan 1 recipe pizza dough 2 tbsp olive oil 1/2 cup pizza sauce (recipe above) 1/4 lb feta cheese, crumbled 1/2 thinly sliced red onion 1 green pepper, cut into thin rings 1/4 cup Calamata or other brine·cured black olives, pitted and sliced 1 tsp dried oregano freshly ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

Sprinkle an oiled baking sheet with cornmeal. Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface in a shape to fit the pan. Brush the dough with 1 tbsp of the olive oil and spread it evenly with the tomato sauce. Sprinkle the feta on and arrange the onion, pepper and olives on the pizza. Sprinkle with oregano and black pepper. Drizzle the pizza with the remaining oil. Bake at 500 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.
