Knorr Vegetable Soup Dip

For a while, Della was serving this inside a hollowed out loaf of pumpernickel bread. Clark has recently updated the recipe by substituting low fat yogurt. It is quick and easy. It isn't chemical free, but at least the chemicals are Dutch.

Ingredients

one package Knorr Vegetable soup mix 2 to 2 1/2 cups sour cream (or for Clark's, yogurt)

Instructions

Mix contents of package (or less according to taste) with sour cream (or yogurt). Chill at least 2 hours. Serve with bread pieces, vegetables or crackers.
