Quick Nut Bread
This is a holiday favorite Lynn makes for christmas, including Christmas '85 when Della, Bill, Ned, Barbera, David and William arrived for a child-oriented holiday with Lynn, Billy and Cori.
Ingredients
2 cups flour
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 egg
1 cup milk
2 tbsp melted butter or oil
1/2 chopped nuts
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease loaf pan. Sift dry ingredients together. Add other ingredients and stir just enough to blend. Bake 45 minutes or until a tester comes out clean.
