Shrimp Curry
This was prepared by Ned and served to Dorothy and Allan Vestal the first night they met the Bill and Della Chester in Centerville, August 10, 1977, two days before Barbara and Ned's wedding.
Ingredients
3 cups cooked shrimp
1/3 cup butter
1/2 cup diced onion
1/2 cup diced green pepper
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups sour cream
2 tsp lemon juice
2 tsp curry powder
3/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ginger
dash chili powder
dash pepper
Instructions
Saute onion, garlic, and green pepper in butter. Add sour cream, lemon juice and seasonings. Add shrimp and cook over low heat. Serve over rice.
