Sole Grilled with Herbs
This is another of Pa's inventions. Again, it can be done in the oven if cold September rain has set in or if the traffic was too bad to venture out to refill the gas for the grill.
Ingredients
Fresh sole fillets
Mayonnaise
Fresh or dried dill
Instructions
Lightly spread fillets with mayonnaise and sprinkle with dill. Wrap in aluminum foil and place on grill or in 400 degree oven until done (5 to 8 minutes). If you want them lightly smoked, you can open the packets and close the cover of the grill for the last two minutes or so.
