Spaghetti with Seafood

Ingredients
1 cup mushrooms, sliced
2 tbsp butter
1 tomato, large, peeled and chopped (or canned
whole tomatoes)
1/4 lb. shrimp, shelled, deveined, finely chopped
1/2 cup clams, chopped
1/4 lb. crab meat, flaked, cooked
1/4 lb. lobster meat, chopped, cooked
1 lb. spaghetti
1 cup butter, softened and cut into bits
1/2 cup minced parsley
freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
In a skillet, saute mushrooms in butter. Add tomato and cook, stirring, until most of the liquid has evaporated. Add shrimp and cook 3 minutes. Add clams and cook for 2 minutes. Remove pan from heat, stir in crab and lobster and keep the sauce warm. In a kettle cook spaghetti according to package directions until just tender, drain. In a heated bowl combine butter and parsley, add the spaghetti and toss. Add the sauce. Serve with Parmesan cheese.
