Steak Ned
This recipe was perfected during the law student days in Chapel Hill when London broil was just barely within reach of work--study wages. It has held its place as a favorite but infrequent beef indulgence because of its great taste. 2 lb. London broil or flank steak 1/4 cup soy sauce 1/2 cup dry red wine Fresh ground pepper 4 cloves garlic, crushed
Ingredients
No big secrets here. Mix up the marinade and let
the meat soak it up for an hour or so. Pierce meat
occasionally with a fork to infuse the marinade. Pour
a little oil over the meat and grill over the fire to
desired level of doneness.
